The roles
and
responsibilities
of MSU are
as follows:
-
Provides
support
to all
the
MENGOs
in
efforts
to
obtain
funding
from
donor
agencies.
-
Acts as
Secretariat
for
MENGO
Co-operating
Committee
(MCC).
-
Organises
capacity
building
workshops
for the
MENGOs.
-
Facilitates
effective
interaction
and
relationship
among
the
MENGOs
and also
between
MENGO
and the
Government.
-
Acts as
the
clearing
house
for the
Government
and the
MENGOs.
-
Facilitates
the
MENGOs’
input on
Government
policies,
as and
when the
need
arises.
