Objectives

To promote the study, appreciation, conservation and protection of Malaysian Natural Heritage focusing on sustainable development and biological diversity.

Core Activities

Conservation, habitat management, managing parks and nature education centres, environmental education, publications and public events.

Key habitat conservation.

  • Habitat conservation through Important Bird Area programme.

  • Grassroot participation in conserving natural surroundings.

  • Establishing new Nature Education Facilities and Parks.

  • Conservation of raptors and their habitats through public awareness.

  • Creating new school nature clubs in Malaysian schools.
